We're a small team that knows wood - and we love what we do. We take raw logs and mill them into everything from grilling planks that boost flavor to solid building materials that get the job done right.

Environmental & Safety
We take safety and the environment seriously - for you, your food, and your family. Back in 2003, we funded an independent health and safety test for our cooking wood. Third-party lab results show we meet the mark. Our cooking wood is 100% untreated and free of pesticides, so you can grill with confidence, knowing it's clean, safe, and all-natural .... just the way it should be. All of our wood comes from suppliers certified by the Sustainable Forestry Initiative (SFI), ensuring responsible harvesting and healthy forests for the future. We make sure nothing goes to waste, our sawdust and wood scraps are utilized by farmers and residents as animal bedding, landscaping mulch, or firewood.
